Civic Trust House, 50 Pope’s Quay, Cork, is offered rent-free to a number of arts organisations by Cork City Council. The resident organisations currently are:
Resident organisations are expected to make a regular financial contribution to cover the overheads and management fees of the building.
A Building Administrator is contracted to provide services to the occupants, such as receptionist, building management, room booking, account keeping for the services and utilities in the building.
The office available can comfortably accommodate up to three full time staff, as well as having the shared resources of a reception area, kitchen and two meeting rooms and the support of the building administrator.

In addition, being at Civic Trust House provides opportunities for promoting your activities though our online presence (newsletter, facebook, website), partaking in citywide events such as culture night, lifelong learning festival, heritage week etc., and the Culture Vouchers project.
